Our Story

Founder & Vision

Stuart Brock is our company Founder and President. He has over 30 years of experience in third-party risk management, procurement, data privacy, and compliance across numerous industries including financial services, life sciences and legal. Stuart saw the need to tackle business problems differently, so he founded iKinetiq to provide clients personalized solutions powered by innovation and designed by leading industry experts.

Leadership in Compliance Technology

Prior to iKinetiq, Stuart served as senior vice president of the contract analytics and lifecycle management practice for a technology services company where he focused on strategies, implementations, and delivery of contract analytics programs to drive client digital transformations and deliver key business outcomes.

Earlier Career in Law & Financial Services

Before this, Stuart led a software implementation team for a global technology company where he focused on the financial services sector; practiced law at an Am Law 100 law firm; and served in numerous roles for a global financial services company in their legal, compliance, and procurement organizations.

Education & Background

Stuart earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from Wake Forest University and his Juris Doctor degree with honors from North Carolina Central University School of Law. Before his legal career, Stuart studied general medicine at The Bowman Gray School of Medicine and led a national medical management practice servicing clients throughout the United States.
