Founder & Vision
Stuart Brock is Founder and President of iKinetiq Innovation Solutions. He has 20+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, BSA/AML program effectiveness, and supervisory risk management across financial services, with deep fluency in OCC, FRB, FDIC, FFIEC, and FinCEN expectations. Stuart founded iKinetiq to bring practitioner-level regulatory compliance advisory to financial institutions preparing for heightened supervisory scrutiny.
Regulatory Compliance Leadership
Stuart spent over a decade at Bank of America in progressive enterprise compliance, regulatory risk, and in-house legal roles. He led board-directed audits, supported MRA remediation and consent order engagement, conducted weekly examiner office hours, and built third-party compliance frameworks across a G-SIB operating footprint. His work sat at the intersection of bank supervision, regulatory change management, and executive accountability.
Legal & Technology Experience
Before iKinetiq, Stuart led regulatory compliance technology programs at DocuSign, serving financial institutions and corporate legal and risk departments navigating contract risk and compliance automation. Earlier in his career, he practiced at an AmLaw 100 law firm, representing financial services employers in regulatory compliance matters including FDIC background check requirements, FINRA registration investigations, and employment-related regulatory inquiries.
Education Stuart earned his Juris Doctor with honors from North Carolina Central University School of Law and his bachelor's degree with honors from Wake Forest University.
Thought Leadership Stuart is a frequent speaker and author on topics related to global regulatory compliance, BSA/AML, and third-party risk strategies, the application and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies, and strategic digital transformations.
